Fuck that, in my area I can get another job at my same rate easily and not deal with a third child. The parents need to make it worth it. The more notice, they provide a nanny the more time they have to find new child care if the nanny doesn't agree. I hate when parents just assume there employee will continue you working for them when the job description changes drastically. [/quote]
