We cover room, board, car, insurnace and cell phone. This is a substantial benefit, esp in a high-cost area. My friends with APs pay $200 a week and my live-in nanny who is the same age and experiance level is paid 50% more. Granted she works five more hours than the APs do, but I had tonss of candidates apply at this salary level. PP who is paying $13 an hour for 50 hours a week is waaaaaaaay over paying, just as she suspects. [/quote]
