PP here and I'm a nanny too, also doing it to support myself and not for charity, but it still bums me out. When I read these I wish I was wealthy enough to start a high quality daycare for low income parents. It's clear there are a lot of families who need help.[/quote]

Secondly, thanks for informing me how the world works. I will stop being sad for kids who are hungry or the workers who died in Bangladesh or the women being murdered by family members all over the world too, since that's "just the way the world works."

Or actually no, I won't, because we ARE the world and we can change it. Starting with our own attitudes.[/quote]
