Hi, I'm interested in the position if you're still looking. Not sure where you're located but I'm a great nanny with a great amount of experince, excellent references and reliable.  I don't believe in overcharging people and I'm still a great nanny,  so I'd gladly do it for the amount you're offering. If you're interested please email me.

Depending on location and everything, I think the amount the OP offered is fair. I would usually charge around between $15 and $17 hour. Also I would ask for my taxes taken out and benefits. I don't believe in overcharging people for great childcare. I care enough about the families I work with to not overcharge them something like $25 an hour because I know that amount can sometimes put a strain on people and I'd hate to think of people living pay check to paycheck due to paying me. That's just me others may think differently. [/quote]
