It's true there are a ton of nannies out there. There are however NOT a ton of nannies coming anywhere close to the ideal nanny most parents have in mind when they go about hiring one. The few nannies that fit this description have absolutely glowing references and loyal families who see to it that these nannies always have their pick of the best jobs. I recently decided to start looking for a new position because I had begun to feel unappreciated. It took me 5 days to find my new position and I had my pick of 3 jobs.[/quote]
