Does "calling some one out" only require that you proclaim them to be a prejudiced idiot? If the goal is increase understanding & decrease ignorance, then name calling probably doesn't get us very far. But if your goal is simply to shut PP up, then that approach might work.

In this case, I might have pointed out that it is illegal in many states to discriminate against an employee based on sexual orientation. So while PP might have a personal opinion that it is acceptable, it is not acceptable before the law. [/quote]
