Sorry, your doctor does not work for you! Neither does your lawyer but as you hire them and maybe put them on retainer,  that is a little bit closer than with a doctor. You don't pay a doctor an hourly rate to do something for you. You pay the few they charge and work around their schedule of when  they are free. You have to be an employer of the person to technically call them "your help".[/quote]
