I have been a nanny/household manager for 7 years now. I have had the privilege of working with AMAZING families which like I said before, is why I have NEVER had to come on here and vent about my work family like 95% of you on here do. I am VERY picky when it comes to the families I work with, which is also why I stay with them for as long as they need me and have NEVER had to quit a position. For this mom to just expect me to wait on her front porch in the rain while she finishes up a call with her mom, spoke volumes to me. I don't waste my time on families like this. [/quote]
