I think because the nanny seems to not really be doing a great job, that it is the perfect reason to have your child bond with a new one. The nanny is supposed to be a good role model with things that the kids see everyday while growing up. A lazy nanny is not who you want the kids to think is how they should grow up to be.[/quote]
