They would never in a million years tell me I should do something else or get another degree if I want XYZ - they want me and my experience, education, and common-sense to stick around and continue to help their family! If you MBs and nannies wouldn't say these things to your employees/employers, why say it here? There's a perfectly polite way to express almost any opinion and frankly I think the bulk of MBs on this site are easily as offensive and entitled as some of the nannies.[/quote]
