One thing I find amazing about this area is that families don't realize the amount of people in this area needing childcare- daycares are packed or on wait lists into years from now- and Nannies are the only recourse. We don't need you and can find another family so don't disrespect her by leaving her income less because you are too cheap to be fair and reasonable. You can't have your cake and it it too. I hope she leaves you high and dry![/quote]
