*Speak for yourself*  as the someone posted above.  I have worked with Physicians before; (single family)  and let me tell you something.  So far, they have been the best employers ever.  Very generous in all ways and paid me pretty pretty well;  above what was in the market.  I alwsys got very big and generous bonuses for Christmas and of course all my benefits.  I worked for them 4 Full years and I was always so blessed and grateful for have them as my employers.

If you had such a bad luck with your employers;  again, I will use same words that someone above wrote "Speak only for yourself". [/quote]
