My current charge is extremely violent.  I’ve had to call the police once, and we had a (short) investigation by CPS.  Because I documented everything and there are cameras in the house, child’s lying did not hurt my career, and because the parent is involved and getting professional help for the child, CPS closed the case.  Without the parent doing their due diligence?  Who knows exactly what the result would have been, but the child would not have been with the parent.[/quote]
