You’re doing what needs to be done to be a good person, and in fact going above and beyond. Not sure why nannies sign a contract including a trial period and then don’t expect a trial. My nanny requested such provision’s removal as she knew if she was let go even during a trial period she’d need a few weeks of pay to tide her over. So, our notice provision governs…but she’d have to work to get paid if we wanted her to. It’s a job, not an adoption.[/quote]
