Absolutely this. Kid sick and needs to be picked up at 12pm? AP says can't do it because she's at her other gig. It's your wedding anniversary and you want a Saturday date night? AP says no because that's when she picks up shifts for extra money for another family.

This isn't even mean. It's WITHIN the program rules for AP not to work for anyone else.
