Once you factor in all the hidden costs (food, vacations, Xmas, car, insurance, phone bill, etc. plus agency fees,) you’d be able to get a part time nanny or high schooler for way less money. And less drama, less exposed risk to you, possibly more stability. And the biggest plus - you don’t have a teenage roommate!!! Why put up with an AP if you can get a live out sitter, probably with more experience and less risk, for the same or less money? [/quote]
