It’s these type of “stress” situations that reveal how you feel about your nanny long-term. If this is someone amazing, then you look at this as a terrible inconvenience in your life that can’t be helped like most of Covid. If she is just so-so and you have been putting up with a lot of sub-optimal stuff for childcare, then you are probably pretty upset at her. Would her dropping off some groceries even make a difference in how you feel about the situation? I feel like there’s a good chance you would still be overwhelmed, as picking up groceries is a drop in the bucket.[/quote]
