Or why she should have to move her set schedule starting earlier and finishing earlier?   Bcs it wouldn't be the employers choice;  it would be the nanny's choice wanting to show up 40 min early.  To OP talk to your nanny and just tell her that it would be nice if she just show up 10 min early; as you have a very busy family morning. [/quote]
