OP here,
I had a 4:30pm appointment to speak to the mom and she cancelled last minute. I think she knows what's happening at home and looking to avoid the conversation. I will send her a formal email with my notice attached. Today was unbearable and I refused to work in a toxic household. The aunt and uncle basically are all over myself and baby. Giving out advice and following me around the whole day. For example, I was reading nap time storytime to the baby and the aunt told me, I am giving the baby too much attention. He needs to be strong and independent. Let him sooth himself to  sleep without any distractions. I am truly over it. I told her please don't speak to me.[/quote]

Why the f are the aunt and uncle there and why do they think they are any right to tell you anything?

They live there temporarily. The husband said it seems permanent to him. Since Baby was born ten months ago. The husband works from home but I never see him, because his office is in the basement. [/quote]
