If there's nothing wrong with the item, but it's not to the person's taste after it was ordered for them, there is no free option for pickup. When we order books that are $8-15 each, but pick up would cost $10-16, we do drop off at UPS. My charge also has three book subscriptions. We box back up anything we don't know for sure that he'll read and drop it off at USPS. There is no free pick up option.[/quote]
