It rarely comes out of my backpack except to take photos and, even then, fairly infrequently. I used to use the phone when the kids were napping but my older charge stopped napping last year. I wear an Apple Watch for emergencies and for my employers to contact me. It’s insane to think it isn’t possible to avoid your phone during the working hours of a day.
