I get your point however, it is what it is and if a family now has needs the au pair can't meet, they may need to move along and hire a nanny who is capable. Everything is different with Covid. It's not a ding against either it is just that the au pair may no longer be able to meet the families needs now that the needs include virtual school. [/quote]
