[/quote] Not only am I the PP who posted, I’m also a nanny. Most nannies won’t file if they have an agreement with their employer. However, employers should be aware that every (live-out) nanny COULD, even with a written agreement that there would be overtime. Also, live-in nannies in MD could too.[/quote]
