Ok, so the first exception is for a skilled AP for a child with special needs. Can anyone clarify the second part, AP preventing someone else from becoming a public health charge?  Third is an exemption for every family who has a parent working in medical research related to covid or “involved in” medical care for covid patients, so not just doctors and nurses, that would mean intake and lab as well?  Anyone even peripherally involved?[/quote]
