Ultimately, it sounds like you and her have different comfort levels about reopening. There are many families looking for someone to socially distance with there family, who want someone who is being very cautious. I would let her her know you understand if she would prefer to put feelers out and see if she can find such a family. In the meantime, I would stay in touch with her because there is a very real possibility that a spike in the fall could result in additional closures/restrictions or changes in your comfort level about going out.
