Your Nanny is now excited (to be making so much money!), but I could never be comfortable leaving my two young children w/someone who is solely responsible for four. The children will get subpar care - especially the infants.
cause moms never have four kids. Nope. Doesn't happen.
Uh, this cannot be a real question can it??! This Nanny is not the Mother here (duh?!) - she is the Nanny. Which means that her liability is on a totally different level. Ask any Nanny on here, especially those that also have their own children. Caring for someone else’s child(ren) is so much more nervewracking than caring for your own. Plus the babies are so darn close is age. Even caring for just ONE newborn is a huge job. Because newborns need frequent, “on-demand” feedings, frequent diaper changes as well as frequent holding/soothing. Any Nanny who would take this on is nuts. And totally not living in reality.
