You don’t get it - this isn’t a normal let nanny go situation. We are in the middle of a global pandemic, most businesses are shut down, and millions are losing their jobs. We are likely going to hit a recession. Covid 19 is spreading fast and the employers have every right to do the responsible thing and practice social distancing. Their responsibility is their families health. It’s a sucky situation but this is not a normal situation. You have no idea what your employers are going though financially. They don’t need to pay you for 8 weeks of no work. [/quote][/quote]
