She has 1.5 days off per week.  Therefore she can work Friday afternoon when you need her, and have her scheduled 1.5 day Sat am-Sun am.  Sun pm and Monday am could be gratis.  Present it like that, and have a calendar marked to show her how much time she’s already used.[/quote]
