Your husband being forced to take the time off was your problem and you made it hers. Would you find it acceptable if your employer did this to you? She's looking for another job . When it's time for her to go full time with you she may just treat you like you treated her and change up the hours. Get some backup in place. You're  going to need it.[/quote]
