She retired because she had put in her 25 years and had built up a nice pension, which she will start collecting this month, at age 59.5. She had other options, and doesn't even need to work, but chose to be a nanny because she enjoys it. We happen to pay her well, and she happens to be amazing at what she does.[/quote]
