No one, Nanny or not should be working for free. Ever. Read 4:24’s post. So true. A Nanny’s job is to care for a child properly - not to ensure she does X,Y + Z before she leaves her shift.[/quote] I couldn’t disagree more. X, Y and Z are a part of my job - and I take pride in doing my job well. But you do you and I’ll do me. I am $40 an hour plus full healthcare. I love my charge and am well respected by my employers.
