She is so arrogant.  We talked for less than 5 minutes but she said she really needed me to work on 11/27.  She was only asking to work 6 hours that day and she would try and come back early if possible.  I again told her that I would not be there and she needed to find someone else.  As she left she said "I will expect to see you at work on the 27th".

Today is my last day.  I cannot stand her.  I have put up with her being late and what not but this is the final straw.  I am telling her today is my last day.  This is what I actually wanted.  I am so relieved.  I am going to miss the kids but it's time to go.  Did I mention her H is on a business trip and won't be back till Friday afternoon?  I also do not need a reference from her. That's not arrogant.  That is expecting you to show up for the job she hired you for.  Any professional job/company would not just agree to every day and you need to act like a professional.[/quote]
