My mom was 26 when she had me, so my aunt is only 9 years old than me (I'm 44, she is 53.) My oldest child is 20, theoretically i could be a grandma in the next few years. My aunt would be in her mid 50s and perfectly capable of caring for a child for a couple weeks. And yes, even with SN. In fact her job is related to special needs kids. [/quote]
