AP1 was a friendly rematch - she had trouble managing three kids and went to a HF with just one tween. But we still keep in touch, and I wish her no ill will.

AP2 was a rematch and was sent back home for misconduct without the opportunity to rematch again.

AP3 also was a rematch and we are dealing with her aftermath right now. 4 documented instances where AP didn't report to work as scheduled, an additional 10 documented instances where she didn't complete her hours as scheduled - one of those times a child was left unattended while she was in her room on her phone.  Report from neighbor that AP wasn't supervising children in neighborhood and child almost hit by ongoing car in street while AP was on her phone.

Have all these AP's said terrible things that are untrue about us? You bet. Apparently they weren't paid, were forced to cook for the family, said kids kicked them and cursed at them, and that I was making them work more hours than 45.  I think there must be some laundry list posted on facebook about things to say to get your rematching HF kicked out.

Thankfully, I have kept a very detailed paper trail and log of hours, schedule, and texts that show they weren't working as scheduled, or images from ring doorbell or car trackers that show everything.  It's sad that it's had to come to this, and if we get removed from the program at this point, I don't really care.

Yep, that was my previous families’ opinions too, prior to the review.  After, they were just done, even though they passed.[/quote]
