- I understand that last minute changes happen and might have to cancel baby sitting and do NOT begrudge that.

- I appreciate the extra money because it gives me room to do more things and enjoy more of my time here and keeps me out the house which I am sure the family appreciate.

- there is potential risk in that a family might want to recruit your Au pair but this is rare and not actually a risk if the original family treats her Au pair fairly and with consideration (which is NOT my case). [/quote]
