In most locales, the number and age of the children combined with the number of families.  I would suggest contacting osse to clarify.

Actually, I looked for a definition of nanny share, since a nanny share is exempted in DC from the recent push for education.  However, I couldn’t find a definition, which is why I suggested OP call osse.  Most people define a share as two children and two families, in the home of one or both of the families; the only question for legality is how osse defines nanny share.[/quote]
