[/quote] OP here: She is asking for all holidays that are on her days she works but then also like Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, etc. The other family also pays her holidays. When we hired her we guaranteed her the # of hours each week but made it clear the # of holidays we would cover and that she could make up the hours on another day if she wanted to.[/quote]
