[/quote] Disagree, this is a classic example of someone trying out an in-home daycare and realizing that nannying and running a daycare are very, very different. This is a daycare. Write out your rules. Hand them to the parents, along with a contract to sign, payment rate and schedule, and drop off/pick up schedule and early/late fees. Make them understand that if they want daycare that is flexible to them, they will pay for it. If not, they need to find a center or employ a nanny in their home.[/quote]
