I know that in Maryland you absolutely do need a license if it’s more than 20 hours a month. Ops situation sounds like the worst of both worlds. She is a daycare with only one child, so she can’t make more money, is going by somebody else’s policies rather than her own ( in her own home ) and seems to have zero authority . She has a nanny family that doesn’t pay her for vacations, drop off and pick up whenever they feel like it and treat her poorly. [/quote]
