LA night nanny here- I charge $35/hr for singles, $50 for multiples. Maybe someone starting out would consider your rate but it’s very LOW and not a great way to start your working relationship by lowballing and changing the job description.
for the love of god, this is not LA. Plenty of friends of mine in nice parts of dc have $30 an hour night nurses. I’m offering 30 hours for $22 and fine, would pay $30 for 40 hours. I also offer four paid weeks of vacation plus federal holiday s Anyway, the job would be four months max as a night nurse. The point is to hire a nanny who can stay with our family. I don’t even want a night nurse. I didmt find the night wakings that Challenging to begin with. I wouldn’t CHANGE the job description. I’d hire someone who understands I’m pregnant and need a different type of care while on maternity leave.
