[/quote] Someone else posted on another thread that the best advice they got about being an employer is to make your peace with how expensive it is. I think that’s correct. Our nanny is a career nanny. This is her full time vocation and she is excellent at it, and it gives us great peace of mind to know our child is happy and learning and well cared for while we are working long hours at our jobs. She deserves to be paid a good salary with good benefits. [/quote]
