With my current employer, I could throw a party and she would be fine with it! Now that my charge is in morning preschool, I volunteer at her school and know all the parents of her friends and often have them over in the afternoons.

As a nanny, I believe you have to adjust your methods for the parent as much as you do for the child.  [/quote]
