In a situation when you're given a time frame when parents are supposed to be home, how much time do you give them before you start calling them? Do you call or do you just fume inside? (And let's not turn this into evil MB always late and never pays me because yes, it's a given we should be paid for additional time and our time should be respected. We're talking when for whatever reason the parents are late without letting us know in advance).
My family gets home between 5:30-6pm and have made this quite clear and pay on 15 minute increments. If someone is traveling or getting in late they tell me at the beginning of the week and state that they will get a babysitter at 5:30 if I don't want to work until 7pm or whatever. If they are late the day off due to a call or traffic, they text. So, if after 6pm, they would have texted me. Haven't had that much though.
