Everyone has a right to their opinion. And I am a nanny who would not accept a position if I knew daycare was a possibility. My charge is now 3, I have been with her since birth, and she is in half day preschool. I still work full time for the family but added house management chores to my time (ordering, grocery shopping, errands, payments for housekeeper and Gardner, etc). My employers assure me that nothing will change and they will need coverage until their DD is able to drive. So daycare of aftercare is not always inevitable. [/quote]
