I'm a nanny and make $30/hr for 2 kids plus bonuses, insurance, paid vacation, etc. I work for a very rich family though that outsources everything. I worked one other nanny job for a regular middle class family and was paid $20/hr for 2 kids with paid vacation and a bonus here and there, but no insurance stipend. The $30+/hr jobs are definitely out there but they're very hard to come across. I was introduced to my current family through a friend of a friend of my former boss...[/quote]
