I can have quality time with my children when the nanny is there!  True quality time with DH and our kids separately and as a family.  I can give my older child our undivided attention while nanny has the baby.  We can cuddle on the beach with the baby while nanny has our older child in kiddie splash and the playroom.  Mostly, DH and I can sleep!!!

Seriously, PP, don’t knock it until you tried it.  Nanny makes it a vacation! Without her it is a trip with the kids.  [/quote]
