This.  I am a really good nanny and an excellent teacher.  I go above and beyond for my charge every single day - and I want my employers to see that.  I do not touch my phone until my charge is napping and I am 100% there for my charge.

+2  My MB actually had her mother peek in on my charge and I occasionally (which actually is against the law in my state as she didn't ask my permission) and her mother told her I was a fantastic nanny!

These people with cameras in their homes are not creepy - they are worried about their children.  [/quote]
