That is why many women will leave or take time off from relatively good paying jobs when they have kids, to stay at home. Or other women know that taking time off will hurt their career too much/impossible to break back in after a couple years off, so they will just suck it up and actually LOSE money by working, just to maintain credibility/remain current in their career. It's a choice you have to make when you decide to have children.[/quote]
