Your nanny seriously has no idea how to put a baby down for a nap without either holding them for the entirety of the nap or letting them cry? What do you do with your baby when you do the housework, pp? Either you must do it with your baby awake, or you are able to put her down to sleep. Why wouldn't you think your nanny is as competent with your child as you are? [/quote]
