You're hearing that your au pair is not typical, and that this isn't just "what you get" with a young person. As unpleasant as following the necessary steps here will be, particularly if it ends in rematch, if it ends with you having an excellent au pair experience for the rest of the year (with this girl or a replacement), won't that be worth it?[/quote]
